The new K850i is simply amazing. Not only has it got an amazing camera attached to it (5 mega pixels ! ) it also has sony’s brilliant sound quality (includes mega bass and all…)
Available in either shades of green or blue, on a black surface/background, the phone also has a semi-touch screen system which is quite fancy.
Another quirk that sony’s introduced is that they’ve taken away that messy minute joystick button thingy and replaced it with a pretty neat arrow grid which for some, may seem a bit difficult to tackle at first. (specially if you’ve got large fingers).
Competition includes the nokia N95, the LG ‘VIEWTY’ and the samsung 5MP phone (I think its the G900).
Having used the N95 before, i can honestly say that the sony k850i far outweighs the nokia specially in terms of durability and classic digital imagery. Plus most reviews for the N95 would tell you that there have been problems with the setup of the phone and the fact that it usually crashes on you. No such nonsense with the sony though. It outperforms the Nokia in all aspects.
Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, (10 being highest) I would give the sony a 11 !!.
